Our story

Built for the trip that keeps not happening.

RoarPack started with a simple frustration — the same one you’ve had. A group of people who all wanted to go somewhere, a group chat full of good intentions, and a trip that never got booked. We built the thing that should have existed already.

The founders

The pack behind the pack.

CEO & Co-Founder

Bennett

Bennett spent 20+ years helping scale startups from $10M to $250M+ — leading cross-functional teams, seeing the bigger picture, and building the path from where a company is to where it could be. Her people stay close long after they stop working for her, which tells you most of what you need to know about how she leads. After years of building inside other people's companies, she's building something of her own. She genuinely believes the best part of life is the part that happens around other people — the table, the porch, the moment you finally show up. RoarPack is the thing she's been building toward all along.

Co-Founder

Kevin

Kevin is a French-trained chef who built his career around what happens when people gather around a table. He trained under Michelin-starred chefs in Paris, competed on Top Chef France, was named Best Young Chef in France in 2016, and now runs FoliePop's in Austin. His whole career has been about creating the moments that bring people together — the meal, the conversation, the night that goes longer than you planned. RoarPack is the same instinct, scaled past the dinner table.

✏️ ORIGIN STORY

RoarPack started on a porch in Austin, in June 2025.

Kevin and I had met up with friends to support our buddy Jet at his art show. After, we all ended up back at Olivia and Micah's place. One of those nights you don't plan and don't want to end. Music going. One big conversation rolling alongside ten smaller ones. Everyone half-listening, fully present. The kind of night that's the whole reason you have a group of friends in the first place.

At some point Kevin started talking about planning a weekend trip for his birthday in August. He threw out a date. Got back "we're booked." Tried another. "We've got a wedding." Two months out and the calendar was already a wall. Frustrated, he said it out loud: "There should be an app for this."

Something clicked. I started talking and didn't stop. How it could work. How it should work. How it could integrate with your calendar, learn the group, take the friction out. Kevin just looked at me. We both knew, even if neither of us said it yet, that something had just happened.

Then we let it sit. He brought the app up a few more times in the weeks that followed. I kept laughing it off.

Then on my birthday in September, over dinner with a few close friends, Kevin asked me for real. Was I in. Would I build it. We shook on it that night.

Two weeks later, we had our first meeting at my house. Kevin bought dinner from the taco shop across the street. RoarPack was born.

"Two months out and the calendar was already a wall."

✏️ THE WHY

Kevin and I thrive in community. There's nothing we love more than getting friends together, exploring new places, sitting on a porch until 2 a.m., creating the kind of memories that don't need a caption.

But getting people in the same place at the same time has gotten harder. We're burned out. Booked and busy. Surrounded by tech that's supposed to connect us and somehow leaves us more isolated than ever. At the end of a long week, the last thing anyone wants to do is run point on a group trip that's just going to die in the chat anyway.

We're nostalgic for a time when getting together felt easier. When plans got made on a napkin and nobody was performing for an audience. We can't go back to that. But we can build something that gets us closer to the feeling.

RoarPack exists to take the heavy lifting off your plate. To get the trip out of the group chat. To get you on the porch, in the room, around the table, with the people who matter. No likes. No views. No content strategy required. Just a platform built for the part of life that actually happens when the phone goes down.

That starts with group travel. But it doesn't end there. Wednesday night art shows. Mid-week dinners. The reunion that keeps getting pushed. Anywhere people want to show up for each other in real life, RoarPack wants to make that easier.

Technology in service of human connection. Without the expectations, the performance, or the likes.
